How do you bill caregivers?+
We bill per active caregiver seat per month. A caregiver who's been inactive for 30+ days doesn't count. Families and patient accounts are always free.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes — 20% off when you pay annually on Professional and Business tiers.
Which currencies do you support?+
Default is USD. AED and SAR billing are available on Business and Enterprise. More currencies are added as we expand regions.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?+
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You can also keep the Starter free plan forever if you only need 1 caregiver and 3 patients.
How does the AI usage limit work?+
Every co-pilot prompt and auto-draft counts as 1 message. Overage is billed at $0.02 per message; you can cap or disable overage in settings.
Is MeadyCare HIPAA compliant?+
We're HIPAA-aligned today and offer Business Associate Agreements on Business and Enterprise plans. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
